Overview

The Business Analyst within the Retail Foundation Center of Excellence (CoE) Sell stream will be responsible for providing support to the Business leads in gathering and synthesizing business requirements, ensuring that they are consistent with global standards and partnering with IT and the other CoE work streams. This position will also be responsible for documenting and creating business process flows, providing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support by creating and running business test scripts and providing transitional support between project phases.

Responsibilities

 Serve as subject matter expert within Sell work stream:

  •  Participate in team meetings, providing business leads recaps and following-up on open items as needed
  • Support the business leads with gathering requirements and documentation
  • Lead and assist with documenting of business processes, controls and standard operating procedures     

  Support testing preparation and execution:

  •  Assist in the creation and maintenance of business UAT test scripts
  •  Provide support to the business and Retail during the various phases of system testing by monitoring results  

Provide transitional support between project phases to both the CoE and Retail teams:

  • Assist with knowledge transfer and onboarding of parties and markets new to the project
  •  Assist with monitoring project backlog and planning for future phases  

Analyze current and proposed business processes to ensure alignment with operations excellence objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent at a minimum
  • 6+ years of work experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in project management or retail operations
  • Ability to influence other departments and leaders
  • High degree of comfort with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Strong communications skills (written, verbal, presentation)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global teams
  • Foreign language a plus
