The position, which reports into the Senior Director, Global Omnichannel Management, will be responsible for ensuring compliance with best practices and proactively identifying and leading growth opportunities in support of driving increased share of voice, effectiveness, and growing revenue of the global SEO channel for Tiffany & Co. This person will be the person responsible for achieving revenue growth goals across the SEO channel, and will do so through the creation, execution and completion of critical strategies they determine as priorities.  The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager will have the opportunity to work directly with multiple cross functional teams, and will also have the day to day support of the Global SEO Agency and Digital IT team, which they will be responsible for managing.  The individual will be the internal liaison with global cross functional teams to implement SEO best practices such as keyword optimization, technical best practices, link building, social media best practices and more.  This individual will need to be skilled in building consensus and showcasing passion towards the business opportunities that SEO presents.  We’re looking for a proactive SEO expert with strong team leadership skills, a roll up your sleeves mentality, and experience successfully growing the SEO channel at other leading retail and eCommerce brands.  This person should be a highly motivated and quantitative minded individual interested in taking the SEO performance marketing channel to reach new sales heights!



The SEO Manager will develop and oversee successful on and off page SEO strategy for global websites:


  • Responsible for owning development, prioritization and execution of Global SEO optimization roadmap in support of significantly growing revenue contribution from this channel (with short, mid and long term strategies).
  • Regularly analyze website and SEO analytics and identify opportunities to optimize content, user experience and keyword rankings
  • Oversee Digital SEO Agency & IT teams in conducting content and technical audits of website
  • Conduct quality checks of all projects and monitor technology related bugs
  • Lead technical implementation of SEO initiatives to drive optimizations
  • Provide ongoing reporting, analysis and recommended action plans
  • Assist in building content marketing strategies
  • Conduct keyword research and optimizations across different pages of global websites
  • Provide training as needed to others in the organization on issues important to SEO
  • Coordinate with multiple teams across varying functions to execute optimizations for SEO growth
  • Be the SEO expert within the organization, staying ahead of trends, strategies & tactics.



  • 5-7+ years of experience in an SEO role for a global retailer or eCommerce business with demonstrated results growing SEO channel performance
  • Experience with keyword research, content optimization, ranking/traffic reporting and link building tools
  • Knowledgeable with Google webmaster tools, Google search console, sitemaps, robots.txt, competitive SEO tools (Brightedge, Conductor, Screaming Frog, etc).
  • Experience with Omniture and/or Google Analytics
  • Skilled knowledge of technical SEO, issues that affect search ranking factors and critical updates
  • Ability to understand and develop content strategy for SEO purposes as well as larger brand initiatives
  • Excellent drive and strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Strong technical focus and strong understanding of the business
  • Site audit experience
  • Experience working with and optimizing SEO within CMS environments
  • Must be comfortable presenting/explaining technical concepts to non-technical teams
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and comfort/ expertise with powerpoint
  • Skilled project management and team leadership experience
  • Motivated self-starter
