The Senior Analyst will prepare and further develop standard reporting and trend analyses to support global and category business needs. S/he will provide management and Global Category Marketing counterparts with timely and accurate information for decision making with an array of product sales, margin and inventory performance reads. In addition, the Senior Analyst will assist with ad hoc reporting and presentations for various divisional and managerial meetings and conferences as well as coordinating annual category planning efforts.
The Senior Analyst will prepare the issuance of and actively evolve weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on key performance metrics. S/he will be responsible for data accuracy, congregation and transformation into meaningful trend analyses and visualizations covering a broad spectrum of product and global channel perspectives. S/he will deliver high-level and in-depth analyses with appropriate and insightful trend commentary to Global Category Marketing and Tiffany Management.
S/he will assist in the preparation of strategic reports and information for monthly management meetings, Global Category Marketing and Retail conferences, presentations for Board of Directors and support board spectrum ad hoc analyses for divisional counterparts and management.
The Senior Analyst will support long range planning and the annual financial planning process serving as a liaison between Category Reporting & Analytics, Financial Planning and Global Category Marketing. S/he will be responsible for aggregating financial sales, direct margin and inventory plans by global region and product category. S/he will prepare, distribute and maintain planning process templates and documentation. As necessary, the Senior Analyst will partner with various IT groups to ensure accuracy and reconciliation of plan data to support broad use across global partners.
This team member will partner with IT to ensure data accuracy and enhance and automate analytics into meaningful dashboards. S/he will also partner with Global Category Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance and divisional Process Improvement to support testing, troubleshooting and data integrity for systems related to Category Reporting & Analytics.
