The Director Training, Northern America, will manage the sales and product training execution for The Americas. Through oversight of this critical function, this individual will help the Region attain its sales goals and exceed key performance indicators. The training function will focus on drivers of sales, sales strategies, product, and service essentials and after sales service selling opportunities, developing and building customer relationships and clienteling. This individual will help transform our ability to build lasting relationships by facilitating globally developed sales, service and management development programs individually and through a team of market based training professionals. This individual will be responsible for managing and delivering core programs and curricula developed through Global Education and Organizational Effectiveness, modifying tools and resources as needed to meet individual market and region needs. They will lead a team of trainers and retail coaches, to deliver impactful programs within the Region ("lighting a fire of passion" within the Americas organization).
