Overview

Report directly to the Assistant Manager and assist in the development and execution of all worldwide retail, corporate, and trade catalogues and collateral projects.



Responsibilities

Assist in the catalogue/ envelope/ price list production process by serving as a liaison between production, creative, and other internal departments as well as domestic/ international branches and advertising agencies.  Responsibilities include:

1.   Writing and distributing creative briefs

2.   Conducting kick-off meetings

3.   Monitoring production schedules

4.   Confirmation of assortment/ inventory levels

5.   Overseeing translations

6.   Routing of mechanicals

7.   Proofreading

8.   Coordination of price list/ envelope production

9.   Providing shipping/ customs/ packing instructions

10. Confirmation of shipping and delivery

11. Updating sku lists

12. Monitoring reserve quantities and processing catalogue requests from domestic and international

locations

13. Processing production invoices

 

Operational support such as updating catalogue quantity charts, summary binders, gathering/ filing of competitive catalogues, filing of creative briefs/ production invoices/ shipping instructions/ catalogue requests, and shipping mechanicals/ price list disks, internal company distributions of collateral materials.

 

Organizing and maintaining the catalogue library and archives.

 

Assist in the preparation, analysis and presentation of competitive catalogue reports, market surveys, etc.



Qualifications

 Qualified Candidates will possess:

  • College Graduate
  • 2-4 years relevant working experience
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Resourcefulness, ability to prioritize/ multi-task
  • Ability to follow projects through to completion
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications (i.e. Microsoft word, Excel)
  • Professionalism, poise and manner to represent Tiffany and Company

Knowledge of a foreign language, such as Chinese or Japanese, is a plus but not required.
